Chappi keeps your pets, memories, photos and health records together. If something is not working, contact ross@kavana.software.

What to include

Tell us which phone you use, what you were trying to do and what happened. Include a screenshot if it helps. Do not email passwords, sign in codes or private API keys.

Account deletion

Open Chappi Settings and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to type DELETE before it removes the account.

Deletion removes your Chappi account and active profile data, including pets, messages, memories, health and weight records, medication records, gallery records and stored pet photos. Your user content is not deliberately retained after deletion. Limited security records may be kept only when required to prevent fraud, resolve abuse or comply with law.
